to clarify that,
it is a month, if he spends 15 1/3 hours a month playing tennis. How many hours does he play in a year?

1/3 = 20 minutes
15 x 20 minutes = 300 minutes
300 minutes = 5 hours (a month)
5 hr x 12 months = 60 hrs per year

If it's a week, there are 52 weeks in the year. So you multiply 15 1/3 times 52.
