How can i registrate in Green card Directly not with any other companies?

I know there is some companies that Register anybody in Green Card Lottery with a fee. I want do it myself directly in Green Card lottery. Is it available to register with online services not with mail?

You can download the forms and instructions from the web. There is also a table of fees.
1. Fill out the forms.
2. Gather all documents (in the instructions)
3. Have notarized copies of your documents made. The government will not return original documents to you.
4. Mail the forms, fees and document copies to the correct address for your area. (you can find the address in the instructions or on the web site)
5. Wait for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to contact you.

The DV Lottery can ONLY be entered online, not by mail. Most of the companies that claim to help you enter are actually scams. They will not improve your chances of winning. See here:

You should call someone in India, they know how to get US jobs very well and they don't need a green card.
