If there are kids that will be attending, you should serve something for them like milkshakes, ice cream, candies
For those that don't drink, serve water (safest drink), tea or coffee after the meal
For entertainment, why don't you try videoke (it sure is fun!) everyone knows how to sing.
Since you only meet once a year, why don't plan a program where everyone participates? like some games, dance/ song performance? If there are talented instrument players, let them play.

maybe some water or something else incase there are people who dont drink or dont like grape soda. Do you have entertainment(music...) snacks lol other than that you sound set to me.
