u don't know how happy it makes me to see so many of u that think they should stay in their own country unless they want to abide by our laws and fly our flag and live the American way. My family has started sendin bricks to the White House and Congress to build a wall to keep them out unless they come here the legal way. Please help us by sending your bricks too! Thanks!!

I dont think illegal aliens should be in our country. If they want to do it the right way and pay taxes, learn US history, learn English and fly OUR flag, NOT theirs, then thats fine. It just kills me, I watched a parade recently on TV. It was the immigration day thing, and some of these people have the audacity to march in this parade flying THEIR flags. I dont get it, if their country is so great, why dont they stay there?

Under the circumstances for applying to become a legal citizen it is almost impossible. Crossing illegally seems the best way for people to escape their terrible lifestyles and find a place they can truly call home. Until the USA speeds up the applications for becoming a citizen, then it is partially okay for illegal aliens to come into our country, if our country is doing nothing to help others because the president is too busy fighting unwanted wars.

Certainly not I. Through our history we have fought hard and proud to defend the constitution. The soldiers that have died, I'm sure did not give their lives for some damn illegal. We are in danger of losing our basic fundamental rights every day by allowing the illegals to stay here.

Definitely not me. My parents are LEGAL immigrants and I've seen the struggle they're STILL going through to get the rest of their family in LEGALLY. My dad has been here since the 70's, it's definitely NOT okay for illegal aliens to be granted amnesty and allowed entry. They CANNOT cut in line.

There is NO excuse for allowing people who do not respect our laws into this country!!!
When they are caught, they should be allowed to stay for a short time (in jail at hard labor) and them sent home!
Repeat offenders should do progressively longer jail terms.
Employers of illegal aliens should be in the cell next to them!!!!!

The fact that they are "illegal" says it all. No, it's not ok. Let them stay home and fix their own economy, if they refuse to play by the rules. Yes, we have immigration laws here, but illegals choose not to respect them.

It's a complicated situation. BUt I think that they are just here to have an oppertunity to survive and make themselves or their kids have a better life here in America. I saw this independent film about how people die to try to get in our country or how they live in poverty working in the fields for few and hour (this guy in the video said he only earned 30 cents an hour). It was really sad......Anyways, I disagree with some racist people who don't want any Ilegal aliens in our country. Most of them are just here for a job.

How many hungry people with no place to live have you invited into YOUR home to feed and help get started with their new life here....NONE! You assume no responsibility for your views. If you choose to have your hearts open, start something and open your home as well. It's easy to have that view as long as you aren't faced with hungry families with no place to rest their heads. you want to open the country to all yet YOU are the ones who also don't want to be bothered with the problems they have when they get here. once here you care less.... letting them live like animals. Think before you speak. They aren't chess pieces. they're people and we won't help them. part of the laws that regulate are there to ensure that they are equiped to function in society... because society won't care for them.

I don't believe in an open border policy....However, those who are already here and have no felonies, but are here working, should be registered and allowed to stay and pay into the tax system....The felons should be sent back or go to jail....These people are called criminals because they come here illegally, just to seek a better life, that is there only crime? I say let them stay and continue to contribute to our country...
