Well, the old do-it-yourself way is to gently grasp your wrist (immediately above the wristbones) with the middle finger and thumb of the opposite hand. If the finger and thumb do not touch, you are big-boned. If they just barely touch, you are medium-boned. If they overlap, you are small-boned.
