Now what is the greatest sport of all?
Is it not a man chasing after a woman, tell she catches him!
Sporting is mostly done with young men after young women (before marriage)

I do not know. But you can go to a Hebrew-Greek Concordance and look up that word. The Concordance will give you all the Scriptures with this particular word in it. Read the listings from the Old Testament with this word in it and, of course, pray to the Lord for wisdom. The way that God uses the word in the other Scriptures will give you much information about its meaning.
This is following the command that God gives in 1 Corinthians 2:13--Comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. I hope this will help you.

Because of the many and inconsistent interpretations (literal and figurative) "sporting" could mean anything from teasing to playing a game to lying to doing the wild monkey dance. It is important to take things like that in context.
Remembering that the bible is not a children's bedtime story, but an account (however accurate) of life in the past.

They were showing that they were more than brother and sister. He was afraid that men would kill him for his wife. Nothing full on I'm sure, but more than you would do with a sister. But Isaac grew rich from the lie anyway, just as his father had.

ESV: Laughing - yet the Hebrew suggests an intimate relationship.

NIV uses the term "caressing"
NRSV uses the term "fondling"
