Shellfish should be eaten no more than three times a week for an adult and no more than once a week for children. Why? High mercury content of the meat. All seafood is that way now. Have I had mine, I wish but I live in the middle of no were near an ocean. Man I wish I had some shrimp right now.

I don't care for shellfish. Even though I can get all I want free. hubbys a lobsterman but the cats sure get there share daily!
