in the good ole USA, it is very easy. alot of girls are willing to give it up. not sure about europe but here in the united states you can find sex, easy.

Lemme break down the conditions.
Europe
1. European dudes are usually faqs.
2. European chicks are some of the hotest in the world.
3. Nihilistic, selfish behavior are standard.
= easy to score

USA
1. American dudes are usually more ambitous, muscular and competetive than Euro dudes.
2. American chicks are very often FAT, as hell. They are far less atrractive than Euro chicks (before you mouth off; Have you been there?!) This increases the market value and competetion for the "doable" chicks, which are very often in very short supply, especially outside of college towns and metro areas.
3. Some regions, cultures are still religous and/or moral.
= USA not the best place to get laid
