That all depends on the MG of the capsule that you are taking ... I take the 37.5MG and I feel great all day and I am not hungrey. It's wonderful but you have to remember that phentermine is a dietery surpressent. You have to make yourself eat something but you will not feel like it. You also have to make yourself go to sleep cause it keeps you wide awake.

What do you mean? If your question was more clear, you'd get better answers.
Some of them are 15 mg, some 30, some 37.5 if you are looking at the weight or dosage.
The active ingredient is Phentermine Hydrochloride which is what it is, it's not equivalent to anything.
