High-school: Yes, they would and they do. Unfortunately, for the freshman they might not take them seriously if there is a big age difference.

Seniors at my school like to do this and call the girls "fresh meat" -- not very flattering. Also, take into account that if the relationship becomes physical the senior could face criminal charges.

This just isn't an ideal or equal relationship. Be careful and question people's motives.

College: Non-issue. Of course. You're both adults. Have fun.

yes, especially if the senior is a boy and the girl is a freshman. girls mature much faster than boys so it's very common. However, don't be surprised if he's just out for some action, a freshman will be perceived as an "easy lay" for a senior. if you're not careful, he'll love u and leave u, so I wouldn't advise it. Stick to boys around you're age, you'll always be one step ahead of them :o)

there is no reason that they cant... the age or class doesnt matter, if they like each other go for it... I dated a senior when i was a freshman.... there is nothing wrong with that at all..... you just have to remember they may be going to college after highschool, keep that in mind...

they could but it would be a short relationship because the senior is going off to college and the rest of their lives while the freshman is still working there way in hs. but i personally wouldnt do it. i think its a waste of time.

one thing you have to consider in this scenario.. If the senior is a guy and he is 18 and the freshman obviously is younger. Her parents cant report him for statutory rape if they do it...

if they're high school students, yes, but i doubt it would be out of love... high school students tend to be carried away by looks... i have a classmate (i'm a senior, by the way) who's very beautiful, and when we were freshmen, a lot of boys courted her, from sophomore to senior, and when we were junior students, she started having college boyfriends....

im guessin you mean high school. they most likely would if they liked u back. it really has nothing to do with grades and the level they are at. what's important is the level of their love for you. i hope you get the guy you want
