In a couple of years maybe.
It will start with the motorways around London becoming totally blocked for most of the day so people will move further out but the gridlock will just spread out.
It is definitely getting worse.

You can guarentee it will be when I am coming back from a five hour journey with 4 kids killing eachother in the back and me dying to go to the loo but the services are 6 miles away.
