I had a ham wrap. It was ok.

First, We'll Start With A mixed Platter For Mediterranean Antipasto
(Kalamata Olives, Semi Dried Tomatoes, Marinated Goats Fetta
Chargrilled Mushrooms, & Eggplant, Dolmades, Caperberries, Zuchini's Stuffed With a Ricotta & Cranberry, & Toasted Turkish Bread Strips)

A Little Retsina Or A Crisp smooth Reisling.

Followed By fillet Mingion With a Tangy Mixed Peppercorn Cream Jus (Dash Of Fresh Lemon) Small Jacket Potato with sourcream and selantro (bacon bits to garnish.) & crisp Grilled Asparagus Spears Tied With Sauteed Leek, & a few baby carrots.

A good splash of Heavy Austalian Or Californian Pinot Noir or Cabinet Shiraz.

Dessert:, A Small Slice Of Pecan apple Pie With an almond crumble base and A Big scoop of Solid Vanilla Bean Ice-cream.

cheese plate consisting of snipits of Gorgonzola, Strong Hard Brie, Vintage Cheddar And Pepperberry gouda.

A young traminer will top it all off.

But Don't Forget about a macciato & A thin slice of Almond Biscotti before You Take Off For The Rest OF The Day.

A glazed cruller, a snack bag of Chicken in a Biscuit crackers and a few M&Ms washed down with a Code Red Mountain Dew. Not the most nutritious but filling.
Here....... have a cracker or two.
