No, steroids is not the way to go. They have many more bad side effects than good ones. If you are trying to bulk up for whatever reason than look into natural remedies. There are many things that you can use to gain body mass and muscle. Look it up online and I'm sure you will find many things that are not steroids that will help

I don't think anyone would recommend steroids to you. Here are the basic facts about them:

Anabolic Steroids will have effects of two varieties: anabolic and virilizing

The anabolic effects encourage cellular division and protein synthesis and block the effects of the stress hormone cortisol, so that your body won't catabolize muscle mass as easily as normal. Steroids will also increase your appetite.

The overall effect will be that you will increase both muscle and bone mass. (if you lift a lot of weights. They don't do anything by themselves.)

The virilizing effects can include an increase in sex drive, body hair and the size of the vocal cords, which will deepen your voice.

Some nasty side effects:

Testicular atrophy (though this is temporary)

Breast development

Heart disease risk

Lowered sperm count

cholesterol increase

acne

If steroids still sound appealing to you, this is how they are used:

Steroids can be taken either orally or by injection. If you inject them, you get better results and also avoid the problem of liver damage, which can occur with oral steroids. However, make sure you are familiar with safe injection procedures because sticking a needle in the wrong place (like a nerve or blood vessel) can be extremely dangerous.

Steroids are taken in 6-12 week cycles, and there is a post cycle treatment that steroid users do to get their hormone levels back to normal to minimize side effects.

If you decide to go the steroid path, please do your homework and be careful. There is no way to make them totally safe, but you can make them safer by knowing the science behind them and using your head.

One more thing to think about: Have you tried weight lifting before? A good lifting program - maybe with a personal trainer helping you out - and a solid nutrition program is a cheaper and safer alternative to steroids and the results can be pretty phenomenal. I'd go a year of solid weight training at least before even considering Anabol.

I would first ask how old you are. If under 21 absolutely not. From a legal sense no because they are drugs. Because they are not regulated you dont know what you could be ingesting or injecting into yourself. If you can handle the risk. DO RESEARCH!! There are alot of legit sites out there to help you understand the biochemical pathways they affect and also safe stacks and dosages etc. www.steroid.com is an excellent site for questions.

Steroids are taken in cycles. For example; one month "on", one month "off". They are very hard on your system. Steroids , for the most part, speed up your muscle recuperation abilities. They allow you to work out more often. But the effect on your body is horrible. It's kind of like time-lapse photography. You develope quickly. And you die quickly. If you want to get big and bulky, you can do that by eating more calories. Calories are your fuel. Also, when male bodybuilders go to the "off" cycle, their natural testosterone does not start producing right away. It takes a few weeks for most people. Many bodybuilders will see fat accumulation on their pectorals. Shrinking of the testicles, and loss of hair(all over the body). This is due to low testosterone levels and high estrogen levels. Steroid usage usually results in shortened life expectancy.

No. You should not go on the steroid path because it is not really good for you. It does not make you stronger. You could drink a lot of milk and get taller. To get stronger do exercise every day.

If you want to screw up your body and later have huge regrets, steroids is the answer. Otherwise, stay away from that horrible drug. There are so many true horror stories out there. The best way to get bigger is working out a lot, taking a multivitamin, and eating a lot of healthy food. Good luck on getting bigger, (the safe, healthy, and natural way)!

No please don't do it. If you want to bulk up, you must eat properly, carbohydrates and protien, generally a well balanced diet and work out properly!
Steriods will weaken your heart and could kill you just for a temporary bulk. You can get a real long lasting bulk by eating right and working out right. Hire a trainer at a health club. Man, it is not worth dying to get it fast.

If you have no health concerns yes go that way, but one way or another you will definetely have health problems. I had friends which i have taken to doctor because of streoids. It is like addiction, everybody thinks he is smart enough to judge the amount he should take, but when you see the muscles coming out, the enourmous power you lose your control, and start to want more and more. I definetely won't advice you go that path.

If you're a Thanksgiving dinner, but you don't like the stuffing or the cranberry sauce or anything else, just pretend like you're eating it, but instead, put it all in your lap and form it into a big mushy ball. Then, later, when you're out back having cigars with the boys, let out a big fake cough and throw the ball to the ground. Then say, "Boy, these are good cigars!"
