Offender says he's 14, lives in Va and identifies as "bullpumper 69"

You can report someone's questions or answers. That's it. Then you have to hope that Yahoo agrees with you and removes their posting.

If they have a pattern of abuse, Yahoo can remove their screen name here. However, they only do it temporarily, which means they pop back up again - either with the same name later, or by creating a new name.

I really, really wish Yahoo would ban the user's originating source. This would at least get rid of the reappearances with a new screen name. Sigh.

FYI you could use "Epithets or Slurs" if they are being racist or homophobic or sexist, "Insulting Other Particpants" i.e. you if just being generally insulting.

Yes, there is a little flag beside the questions
that when you roll your mouse across it ,says report abuse.

Why do that when you can figure out ways to drive him nuts, and have fun at the same time.

I believe that I have had the displeasure to have run across this clown on Yahoo-I have never heard a 14 year old with such bad language Good luck on getting him bumped

they will ask the description as to why you are reporting and you can put it down
