It's not about words!! It's always about body language. You might not know a girl well enough to know what she would think is a good line to start leaning in. Say something about the night you had or how much you like her, and then starts the body language. Look down SHYLY, not GIRLY, smile, look up, and lean in SLOWLY. But by the way, if in doing this you realize that she does not want to kiss you (and the way you can tell is if she's not smiling or she's inching away from you) then just back off and pretend it never happened. Don't just go for it and assume she's "playing games" with you. She really, really doesn't want to kiss you!!

Awww... you seem really sweet.
I don't think any one line is fool proof! Just always be sincere and honest. Maybe if you're feeling brave come right out and tell her you'd love to kiss her. Or, just do it!

Not making a line.. Be open and honest with her. Get to know her. If she like you and you two start to hang out and stuff try kissing her then. Don't push onto her.
