can girls really tell if a guy is a virgin just by looking at him or by noticing his actions?

Not really. Like most people in social situations, they play the percentages. The odds are that a person with no sexual experience would seem nervous and out-of-their-depth in their conversations and interactions with members of the opposite gender, or same gender in the case of homosexual relationships. I think anyone who claims he or she can differentiate between virgins and non-virgins is really making a snap-judgment based on a person's confidence or the lack thereof.

She can guess.. but not really know for sure. The same goes for girls. Guys can only guess. It only takes one time to lose your virginity. Even if you're inside a girl two minutes before she changes her mind, you've experienced "her".
However, guys that don't have much experience with girls- yes, girls can tell that by his actions. Guys that get into girls early is more comfortable talking to them. Of course, you can't generalize but from my experience of dealing with guys when I was younger, I'm pretty much on target.

I would expect a virgin to be love shy. After all, he IS A VIRGIN. He probably won't hit on women, and when he talks to girls tends to divert his eyes away from the speaker, because women make him uncomfortable (I been there). Eye contact is key in pickup and thus he blows himself out the water without a chance and thus remains a virgin. A very vicious "catch 22" :(

I don't think so, a doctor of course can if the man is not circumsized but a regular young lady, I odn't think so. You should not be worried at all and if the action is being done b/c the sake of true love you really have nothing to worry about...

Sometimes they can make a good guess, but you can't tell for sure. It would kind of defeat the purpose of virgin guys lying about how many girls they've banged, wouldn't it.. :p

Yep cause guys that don't get any give off a certain reaction when it comes down to girls. Kind of goofy and clueless when they are with a girl.

there are clues, but there really is no definate way.
Actually first time my boyfriend and i had sex he thought he took my virginity and i didn't tell him - so it can go both ways.
some of the telltales for men is nervousness, skill, stamina ect.

No, just like men can't tell if a woman is. You also can't tell whether someone's a freak or not. sometimes, you'd be completely surprised.
