I fantasize about my husbands X wife all the time... Shes GORGEOUS!!! No... You probably shouldnt tell her. Office romances dont usually work out, and telling her that you fantasize about her might freak her out.

Only if she shows she interested. Otherwise your going to make an uncomfortable situation for the both of you. And I wouldn't start out with telling her your fantasizing, I like you would be better until you get to know her.

Are you already good friends? Does she even know you?
If not you would be making a big mistake. If you are good friends, see each other outside of work as friends then telling her would at the very least let her know you want to move to the next level.
If she barely knows you you will be in for a big let down. To say nothing of sexual harrasement. Your fantasy will not be hers and she will not ever trust you again.
Just depends on your current status.

Depends on what you want out of it. Have you looked at all the possible results. Either you will get fired or you might succeed in getting a ********. What is your immediate need? How much do you need to have sex with her at the cost of your job, your name? Even if nothing happens and she just says no, will you still be able to see her everyday after that? My two-pennies are just keep it yourself and use the fantasy to relieve yourself.

No if someone was to come up and tell me that it would creep me out. Just compliment her if you really want to get to know her. Talk to her and listen to what she has to say. Do not tell her you are fantasizing about her to me I would think you are thinking of me only when you are masterbating.

no because that would make working together intolerable. Fanticizing and reality are two different things. Lust should never be brought into the office. Busy yourself with your work.

You should get to know her first. Then if she is interested you can tell her later on down the road. But don't risk your job for her.

No you shouldn't because you will scare her off. Why don't you get to know her better so you can understand the type of a woman she is. Right now you are lusting after her and you do not know her enough for it to be genuine.

I think you are a loser - and sure you can tell her...if you want to be hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit or get your penis nailed to a wall. Why aren't you able to control yourself....sad very sad.
