I've experienced dizziness and lack of appetite. Most disturbing is that I start sweating for no reason. I feel like I'm in a complete fog most of the day.

Is the Paxil CR time released? You need to get the regular Paxil from the doctor and then decrease the dosage gradually. Ordinary Paxil is very difficult to get off of (I did it and it was tough) but the timed release creates a whole new situation. But read this link below---

I do not remember having side effects like that. I had to be put on Prozac because the Paxil made me too sleepy. I do remember some anxiety. But that went away...

Have you talked with your Doctor or Pharmacist? Did you do a gradual withdrawal or cold turkey stopped? How many days/weeks/months are you having these side effects? CALL YOUR DOCTOR Pharmacist NOW!!! PLEASE! Even if you just leave a voice mail message they really need to know.

Please call your doctor or your pharmacist!!!

When I went on Paxil, both the Pharmacist & the instructions made it clear to contact your doctor to get off it. I never had the symptoms you describe when I got off. But I'm terrible about taking medicine so I may not have been taking a sufficient dose to cause problems (I was only using it to help stop smoking).

One other person rather scared me when she said it's hard to get off. Smoking has been almost impossible to quit & I sure don't want another "drug" to get hooked on!

Did you do this on your own cold turkey or with the help of a doctor? Usually, they wein you off of them a little at a time to cut down on the withdrawal symptoms.

I suggest you contact someone, most likely the one who prescribed them for you, and discuss this.

I cold turkey'd it (big mistake) and my head was swimming for about a week before I began to settle down.
