mostly its how she carries herself & how she looks. A cute face, inviting eyes, nice lips, warm smile...and everything else in the right proportions. She need not be drop dead gorgeous...kinda like how u look.

If you want a guy to notice you...introduce youself in a sweet manner...not aggressive...but more of a shy manner. Guys love girls that aren't affraid of approaching a guy because to be honest we have know idea what you like. You will know right away if he is interested or not.
