A male will undress you with his eyes. Undress meaning, thoughts of you quickly going through his mind. He is embraced in doing so and then when your eyes do meet, it requires a moment for him to break away as he has been caught.
He might be shy or nervous. I would recommend a short conversation with him, if you are interested in meeting him. Well, if he's your age (either 14, 15, or 16) then go for it. If he's any older than 16 or younger than 14, don't. And maybe find out about him first. Go on a casual date and if you hit it off, well, be with him, and if you feel like there's no chemistry on the date, then just tell him you want to be friends.

Chile let him make the first move but at the same time don't get caught up in the hype. Men that work at gyms see hundreds of women a day and he is probably giving them the same stare and then some. It's called game he is running crazy game don't fall for it.

ur mom is right. men cannot keep their eyes off woman ( unless they rgay) no matter what the age. keep to urself now dont get too close to him. u havent said what age this guy is . i am sure older, so i would say keep to ur own age and leave the older guys just stare
