When I was at school, my friend brought some Slipknot CDs, and when he played them, I started head bangin, jumpin around, and shouting like crazy.
After class, I had this weird headache...

another cause might be that I use glasses and that day I didn't use them. Or it could be cuz that morning, i took a shower in cold water...

Go crazy! There's no reason not to. Unless you keep it up for hours at a time or something like that. As long as you headbang without going too long you will be fine. If you start feeling dizzy, then stop.

here is the thing- head banging for a certain amount of time plus the intesity of how hard you do it is very similiar to what happens to a child if shook. It can cause trama to the brain. It can detach or put to much strain on the brain stem.

Too much head-bangin' and you could end up with a concussion. You might also get whiplash from the neck manipulation.
