I support Israel because they are in the right. They want to live in peace. Hezbollah and their ilk seek Israels destruction.

Question 1: Not all Christians support Israel. There are some Christian denominations that subscribe to a terrible philosophy called "Replacement Theology," meaning that God is forever "done" with the Jews and has given all blessings to Christians instead; therefore, whatever happens to the people and land is inconsequential. I will not name them, because I don't want to point a finger. I'm not aware of any Christians that support Hezbollah, though.
Question 2: Yes, Israel is right and I support what it's doing.
Question 3: Yes, Jews are God's chosen people. This is an unchanging truism.
Peace.

I come from a Christian family, but I am an atheist my self.
And I do not support Israel over Hezbollah, because as many people said above they have the right to exist, but not over other people's land and wealth. They literally stole the land from the Palestinians. Many Americans dont realise that, because in order for them to exist they had to steal the land of the natives and slay them all. That why Israel is their little brother they protect. Also, it has to do with money.
But by no means Israel is justified for what they do, just because they think they are the chosen ones. What an arrogant and stupid thing to say now days in order to kill people. What are we ? stupid? We will just sit here and let them kill all Arabs around them unless they obey to them, just because they are the chosen ones? The Nazis thought they were the chosen ones also, but no one liked what they did to the Jews. I cant understand why people like what the Jews do now.
I guess this is what happens when you overpay and spoil a "hurt" nation.

Israel is absolutely right...and that has nothing to do with whether they are God's chosen people or not. The Hezbollah hides within a bordering country and fires on the citizens of Israel. Once Israel took decisive action, Hezbollah cried foul. I believe that constitutes bad form, no matter who the players are.

If Lebanon is in lots complication then it extra useful get its act together, clamp down on Hezbollah and start up coping with the Israelis. this would possibly not take place. First, the Lebanese government is so vulnerable it has virtually no administration over what's occurring. it somewhat is not any longer a democracy lots as a coalition of events that, on the middle, do no longer agree on lots. As with many center jap worldwide places, which incorporates Iraq, it particularly is extra like a a million/2 dozen little worldwide places all jumbled in together. 2nd, Hezbollah is calling the photos in Lebanon, no longer the Lebanese government. it is going to determine what occurs. regrettably it form of feels that Hezbollah is prepared to sell the Lebanese government and harmless Lebanese electorate out to have the skill to make in spite of factor it has in its "conflict" with Israel. until Hezbollah comes to a decision to deal with Israel peacefully it form of feels extra beneficial than prepared to hold Lebanon hostage. finally, i might pick to think of that the Lebanese government and various its inhabitants basically pick peace, with Israel and with something of the international. yet until Hezbollah needs peace, it is going to tug something of the rustic down. it particularly is lots too elementary to %. on Israel in this conflict. The uninformed seem to soak up spite of they see at face fee and blame Israel for dropping bombs. My answer is: study some historical past and get a pair inches under the exterior. And bear in ideas: using fact Hezbollah isn't a sovereign state and does not be able to have the militia of a sovereign state, each and every Hezbollah casualty is a civilian casualty. chew on that once you're complaining approximately civilian deaths in Lebanon.

No. What Israel is doing is wrong, in my eyes they are acting like murderers all they are doing is causing death and problems....I wouldnt call Hezbolah a terrorist group, Id call Israel a terrorist nation. The U.S kisses Israel's *** and gives the jews weapons to exterminate Lebanese women and children. Look back through history, a large majority of serious conflicts have been caused by the Jews, They call themselves God's chosen people yet they murder his only son and cause problems all over the world and then have the nerve to ask "why does everyone hate the jews?" take a look at your history, why not? makes you kinda think that Mel Gibson was on to something....

They are both as bad as one another. Both of them kill inoccent people.
The difference is that Hizbollah are a terrorist organisation and so are outside of any mandate, such as UN policy, whereas Israel is a country that is a member of the UN and should abide by international law.
If the USA didn't veto everything designed to control Israel or acknowledge the Palestinian state, then progress may have been made in resolving the conflict (see the link below).

No, they are not the chosen people of God, if there were a God. Any and all religions are permitted to make that claim. Why not, if they believe in their faith.
There is also a difference between the Zionist political movement which is akin to Hezbollah in their outlook & actions and the Jewish faith.

Look at it this way -- Hezbollah wants to exterminate the Jews and would try to conquer Christians.
Now, what do you think is the answer to your question?

They may have been the chosen people in the beginning, or at least seen themselves that way, but that doesn't give them the right to attack anyone and everyone. There have been too many innocent Lebanese killed. Israel had better watch it, or they'll lose their sponser, and I don't mean anyone here on Earth.
