If any immigrant declare a false statement and without investigation the counsellor issued visa then?

One of the person who reently got the immigrant visa from Bangladesh consulate who is married but declare him self as single.Do you think it is not a crime?

It is bigger than crime because he not only cheating the previous one but will not be loyal to other.He is selfish and greedy,To keep the family ties firm you should be loyal and sincere and trust worthy in each every circumstances hard or soft.You cannot go long with the help of lies.
