green gas...and on another note...would people be more excepting of it..becasue it would be so common?????

say-love...what hell are you talking about? I know the effects methane gas has....It's supposed to be question to make everyone think..and laugh!...not worry about the O-zone...

haha say-love why do you talk about stuff which you have no idea of.
First off, Methanol is an alcohol, a hydrocarbon chain (CH30H) with an alcohol (OH) group on the end. Methane is a gas form, (CH4) lol.
Secondly, in no way is it considered a green house gas, as its byproducts when mixed with 02 are H20 and CO2... lol CO2 however is considered a green house gas, so half credit there.
Anyways, yes, if green clouds came out of anuses then yes, because youre just thinking of humans, what about animals of all types, they fart too!
people will never be accepting of farts, but what can ya do... I wouldnt exactly want to be sitting next to a hot girl who just starts ripping 'em on a bus or something... likewise, a fat old lady farting next to you is gross as well.

People would probably take a lot more anti-gas meds. And thered be a lot less "drive-by" tootin'!.... you know... when you walk through a funk because the person walking in front of you just let one rip? cuz youd definitely know who it was!! p.u. And if there was a green cloud, are you assuming that the contents of the toots would be different? i think itd just fade into teh air like car smoke and fire smoke does... you cant see that...
ps... this is a humorous yet gross question... unfortunately, potty humor is funny to me.... kind of embarassing since im not 16.

Well, it would surely out the 'sneakers". Especially on elevators .
Some years back our brilliant government awarded a bundle of bucks to scientists who wanted to know how much cows' farts affected the ozone. Seems that bovines really pass a lot of gas and they wanted to measure it. No lie!
My husband heard me laughing just now, and he really looked odd when I said, "Farts". LOL

you seriously might have a point..considering scientists are worried about the amount of methane gas generate by cattle..and its resultant greenhouse effect.
