Yes, unless leaving means never seeing them again. Your girlfriend can find a job in Switzerland, too. It's a great country to live in and if you don't grab the chance, you will probably regret it.

It really boils down to how much you like your current job and girlfriend. You won't lose your family, but losing the other two is a sure bet! Good luck!
