I use an online company called just coffee they do fair trade coffees, they roast the coffee the evening before they post it so you generally get it about 24-36 hours after roasting the smell is amazing. put it in an airtight bag and keep it in the freezer it lasts for ages. their web address is www.justcoffee.co.uk

I really enjoy coffee, a couple of years ago I bought a machine that makes one cup at a time, it is the best I have had, and is great because it is always ready to make a cup 24/7, and only takes about 30 seconds. I love that especially when you only want one cup.

Its made by a company called Flavia, there are some others out there as well, one called keurig I may be spelling that one wrong, but I have tried it at a friends house and it is equally as good. The machine cost me $99 and I order the coffee online and the service has been great. There are multiple places online to buy the coffee.

I always prefer 100% Columbian Roast coffee. It's a medium roast that is just packed with flavor. I never put sugar of cream in it, only natures sweetener, Honey! Try it sometime.

When buying a good Columbian blend always get the beans first and then grind them yourself. Make sure that the grounds look slightly moist then brew and enjoy!

Are you in the U.S? If so, Dean's Beans is a great coffee company. You can find them online at:

http://deansbeans.com/

All of their coffee is organic and fair trade, and you can make your own blends. It's also a great price, even with shipping included.
