When you live in a community of like minded guys,
you follow the rules set by the wise,
these rules are law and to break them is illegal
for example: to **** on a street is unlawful unless you're a beagle!
(i know struggling here!)
or to run around naked is considered a sin, but then again depends on what state you are in.
illegal, unlawful, i guess they're the same
what matters is how you sleep with the shame
if what you do is not morally bad
then who are they to say it's a crime and you're sad
ilegal unlawfull, allow it or not
we should all live our lives and not touch nothing too hot
so in closing the answer is what you want it to be
so be happy in illegal or unlawfull harmony!

One is againts the law, the other is an eagle that really needs to feed.

If it's illegal you meant, then they are synonyms and they mean the same thing.
