The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. If (as many F350s do) you have dual tanks, you actually have two pumps, one in each tank.

The easiest way to access the tank(s) is from the top, after loosening the bed or body and lifting it up.

on 94 ford if you have fuel inj \ pump is on frame under driver door next to fuel filter the only other place is in tank

Well is it a diesel or gas motor? What size motor, need more than this to go on.
