Their priests can get married. They also don't follow the pope. They were actually a part of the Catholic church long ago before the "Great Schism".

Episcopalians do not have a pope. It is essentially the same church as the Roman Catholic church, but King Henry VIII wanted to divorce a woman and the pope said no, so he broke off from the church and started the Church of England - the Episcopalian church. The Episcopalians have an "Archbishop"... of Canterbury. He (and now possibly a she) is the head of the church. Episcopalians, statistically, are the most generous, for reasons I don't know - perhaps because they have wealthier members and can afford it??? The churches have since reconciled most of their differences and are now considered kind of like "siblings" - if you are a member of either church you can attend services of the other and still be considered to have fulfilled your religious duty. The main difference is that they do not have cardinals or popes, but there are some other ones too - the Episcopalians tend to be more liberal and accepting of women in the priesthood, and homosexuality (although this is a highly divisive issue in this church right now).

The Pope as the prime authority, communion becoming the "actual" body of Christ, and the importance of Mary are are Catholic beliefs that Episcopalians don't share. Episcopalians also allow women to lead worship and hold places of authority. But really, they are quite similar religions.

I think the major difference is that Episcopalians don't consider the pope to be God's representative on earth or that he is infallible.

As someone who was baptized catholic and raised episcopal, Here are the major differences:
1.) Epis. priests can marry, cath. can't.
2.) Epis. can get divorced and still take communion, cath. can't without an annullment
3.) Cath. have saints that they pray to, Epis. doesn't.
4.) Cath. have pope, Epis. Don't.
4.) Cath. believe and emphasise Immaculate Conception, Epis believe, but don't emphasise it as much/have statue of Mary in church.
5.) Cath. show Jesus on cross to emphasise suffering, Epis. don't.
6.) Epis. are Protestant, Cath. not.
Those are the major differences, I hope that helps!
