I'm in the same situation.... and your head knows you should move on - he's not worth the time and effort --- but your heart just won't let you go. If you can, just make sure you are not in the same places at the same time. Make a point not to run into him. With time, he will move to the background. But if you keep seeing him it never goes away. It sucks, doesn't it??
