Rodney, I'm glad you're here. Please don't be discouraged by the response.
There is a verse in the Bible that says, "don't cast your pearls befor swine, because they will turn and rend you."
These people don't want that kind of information. It only makes them angry.
I do know someone who is involved in it. Many will tell you that they don't believe in Satan and they don't believe in the God of the Bible.
I have found it is best to wait till a person asks a question and in the meantime study to"show yourself approved a workmen that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
You can visit my fellowship blog site by clicking on my picture.
I think your testimony is beautiful. You were a satanist and God has saved you through His Son Jesus Christ. We are saved by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
I also was saved out of sin. I could do nothing to save myself.
God has lots of work for you to do. Welcome.
Cathy

Given the rant that follows your question, it's clear you're not seriously interested in an answer. I'll entertain it anyway. Satanism is marginal enough to be ignored as a serious influence on America's youth. They seem to be far more interested in cell phones, instant messaging, MySpace, and American Idol. That's not seduction, though. That's human nature.

Who is Stan and why would anyone worship him?
If you're talking about Satanism, nobody in the Church of Satan actually worships Satan. I can't believe I still have to say this. Also it costs $200 to join, which most of America's youth would rather spend on video games.

God bless you and welcome home.
You don't have to be a satanist to be seduced by him. Turn your TV or radio on and there's plenty of stuff there to steer you away from God. The most important thing you can do is turn your life over to prayer. Get as close to God as you can, and then get closer. We need His protection more than we realize. Learn your faith. Study the bible, go to church, read educational material to help you better understand it. Most importantly of all, LIVE your faith. We can read all the books in the world and have wallpapered our houses with degrees and diplomas, but if we don't live our faith each and every day, it is for nothing. The faith is about action, doing, loving. Have charity in your heart, love your neighbor, be kind to others. When people see you, they are seeing a representative of Christ, a member of His body. Let it show.
God bless.

I don't know anyone who worships Satan. I do many atheists and am one myself, we don't worship Satan if that is what you are implying, we don't believe there are any Gods or higher beings. We would have to believe in one to worship it.

what the hell is stanism? maybe you should learn to spell. oooo. or maybe you should pray to jesus to help you spell, and to write with proper grammar.
don't be scared of other people's religions. and don't push jesus on anyone. christianity is like the newborn of religions. don't be a pusher...let people have faith in what they want.
