pimples are usually caused on oily skin ..
1. eat right , cut out the fried stuff and drink lot of water , eat grained food like pulses, lentis and fruits.
2 wash ur face as many times as u can with clean water .
3 if u have a habbit of putting ur hands on your face or just picking the old pimples try to avoid it .
4. u can use a face pack for oily skin or simply use multani mitti with rose water . try to put a drop or 2 of lemon if u want .
5. Avoid using any of the cosmatic products including cream .. they dont help in the long run ...
hmm I am sure u will get rid of them soon dont worry .. :)

visit a dermclinic.. and have facial cleaning w/ pimple treatment and mask.. it reduces your pimples and the mask tightens your pores on the face so that dirt will not be absorbed by the skin and produce more pimples//i went through that phase.. and now, i'm pimple-free.. hope that helps.. but of course, you need to wash your face regularly w/ a facial wash/scrub.. so you could maintain the pimple-free face.. take care..ü

Eliminate all sugars, sugary foods and pre-processed foods (ones you don't cook from fresh - non-boxed - foods); drink 64 oz (2 liters) of water per day.

If this does not work within 2 weeks, then find a diabetic diet that cuts out all sugar and go on it for awhile.

Change ur diet. Avoid nuts, peanut oil, junk food, crap food. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Stop what ever cream you are using. Try baby products. They are very mild and will help your sensitive skin.

Drink lots of water and add lettuce to your diet. Sounds odd but lettuce helps.
