You guys know the e-mails that you get telling you that the government has free money that you can apply to get for various reasons. Some guy also had a book out on television a while back also about the same thing. Anyone ever got any of this money? If so tell me about it.

THat book is a guide to scholorships and grants offered. They are real but have typical governmental stipulations. For example, if your an artist...the book tells you how to get freelance government contracts. It even list the name and address of the person you need to contact.

It's a cool book but it's money for services...the government isn't going to just hand you over free cash.

Try and google search government grants. A lot of sites will pop up. Good luck! P.S. Yes the book is still available. It is listed on the sites.
