Not just Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, Scientologists, and Orthodox Jews, but I imagine many more consider Christianity including fundamentalists, to be a cult. So what? Who cares what they think?
If you adhere to the Bible, to faith in Jesus Christ as your Saviour, to honouring God the Father, and being led by the Holy Spirit, don't worry what others think. You follow your heart, your conscience.
I'm raised Catholic, attended Quaker Meetings, and am converting to Islalm. I don't condemn fundies or Pentecostalists. I don't condemn anybody. God calls you in His own mysterious way, and you respond based on your own free will and intellect.

I'm Mormon, and we don't consider fundamentalist Christians to be a cult. Quite the contrary, we are erroneously, but normally are considered to be a cult by fundamentalist Christians.

The same reason they consider those other groups cults. Each group says they have the truth and they are different.

Because Christianity thinks the others are a cult. It's like when you're on the playground in elementary school, and someone says you smell, and you're like, "WELL YOU SMELL WORSE!" Simple as that.
