I am not sure what you mean but the frequency a machine vibrates most at is a resonance or critical frequency. These frequencies are determined by stiffness and weight distribution. Increasing the stiffness, for example by increasing a shaft diameter or reducing weight where this does not affect stiffness is the way to increase resonance frequency.

why would you attempt to change the frequency if your using a high frequency shaker then you want to change the source or the power of vibration
to increase the power of the shake you need to increase the weight and seize . Cintron feeders for instance uses magnet the bigger the magnet the bigger the vibe.

For frequencies up to 10KHz , use a speaker .
For frequencies up to 100KHz use ferrites .
For frequencies up to 10 GHz use piezoelectric materials .
