Islam is a very similar religion to christianity. They both believe in values such as love and kindness. Just because some extremists kill people, and say their doing it for islam, doesn't mean they are. What if people thought that all christians were the "God Hates Fags" type? Just because some people get it wrong, does not mean that Islam is a religion of terrorists, and murderers!

Here are some false quotes. Seriously people, don't speak if you don't know what you're talking about!
WE MUST EMBRACE THEM AND KILL THE
MUSLIM INFIDELS.
And they say Islam is a religion of peace . . .
Its the Muslim religion. Their bible says that if you meet a non-Muslim then you are to either convert him, kill him, or enslave him. If you leave the religion then you are put to death.
Cause the Faith (Islam) is very strict to the point of being fanatical.
In Islam, it is considered an insult to Allah himself if you convert away from Islam.
It's because it is written in the Koran that anybody who converts from Islam must die.
Because Christians are considered infidels according to their book....

"Islam is a not a religion so much as it is a population control tool." - it's sad how wrong you are. You claim that christianity is the best religion, but that's the same way terrorists think about their religion. You are just as bad as terrorists if you think that Islam is evil.

Islam is a not a religion so much as it is a population control tool.
Muhammed did not receive his belief system from God.
Muhammed was a blood-thirsty killer, a conquering tyrant.
He eagerly murdered those who were reluctant to convert to his new teachings.
READ Genesis chapter 16, 17, and 21
Ishmael is the progenitor of many of the Middle-Eastern people who are now Muslim

Even if followers of Islam and Christianity were completely peaceful, Islam would be regarded as a threat to Christians, just as Muslims believe Christianity is a threat to them. I believe love and kindness are thin masks for a fundamental competiveness that doesn't allow a live and let live philosophy for the planet. If it isn't soldiers occupying a country in the name of their god, it's missionaries doing the soft sell. The goal, however, is the same.

Hate is more specifically defined as dislike. Hate mixed with madness results in killing. Most people see the Muslim religion having propensity to be used and interpreted by at least 15% of their population as a reason to kill others and to justify this killing by saying that they are helping others to get to heaven. That without the killing this way, these other..."infidels" would not get to heaven. Unfortunately, people have used Quran as their bible to have the excuse to kill other people. True Christians think that they are better because their hero turned the other cheak and never did any physical violence to anyone. In the evolution of cooperative civilized beings, it would seem that one who will value life and never kill or hurt any other being and die for you on a cross is really better than anyone else! Unfortunately, he was still human. He still called people names and tempted people to hate him enough to kill him, that part of his life not being worth worshipping to the extent that we should follow the name calling and or condemnation speaches(spiritual terrorism) and anxiety of such as an example of how to live now. But as part of a way to live on earth, any source that suggests cooperation and communication is better than non cooperation. Utopian society participants would apostle unto each other for forgive affirmed spirit building spiritual ego, creating healers amongst their populations. This could be done using combinations of the more functional religious concepts borrowed from all of the religions of the world thus far along with evolved concepts. Active listenning, empathy, sympathy and affirmation of one another can make us a very nice life while we are here....all of us!

Islam is very broad religion in the world and without believing on all religions, i.e. all four books, cannot complete a Muslim. So, it is absolutely a religion based on principles followed by the western countries for their daily lives.

Have you read the Bible? I really don't want to make this war between Qur'an and Bible throwing verses of Bibile onto to you to prove that Christianity and Judaism teaches hatred. Read Bible yourself and than read Qur'an for the sake of knowledge.
Islam is a peacful relligion. You are quoting the Qur'an verse out of context.

I agree. But people tend to associate people as a whole instead of individuals. It really does not help when the terrorists are claiming to be killing in the name of and for their god. That just rings out differently than what their religion stands for. If you started asking individuals they would agree that it is not all Islamic people are bad, it is just when you classify everyone as a group that you get that answer.

Yeah, I know where you're coming from. The media makes it more worst, they always blow-up things out of proportion. I don't hate Islam, why would I hate a religion? Some people are just ignorant of this matter and allow what ever they hear/see/read swallow them.

Most normal people dont hate islam...people hate the people who highjack it and use it for there own twisted views...same as the christians did it in the crusades. For some, it is the hypocricy.
Islam states that it is a religion of peace, then Sunni MUSLIMS and Shi'ite MUSLIMS take turns blowing each other up.
There is an inconsistancy that many find perplexing
And when Islamic leaders do not openly condemn suicide bombers, the waters are even more muddied.
