Hello. I don't think I know of anyone, human or otherwise, that likes to have someone else breathe or exhale directly onto their face?
In the dogs case, I have observed that they are happily, actively smelling EVERYTHING (!) that zooms by them whilst they are passengers in an automobile, with their face out the window.

I think thats because if they stick their head out the window they smell everything my dog likes going by mcdonalds, subway, pet co, and other smelly places. Dogs are very smell and food oreninated. Who would want to smell smelly human breath. Or it just maybe that they are ticklish or something? Its not always true my jack russle like be blown on but the he tries to return the favor and bight your nose.

I think its because when their head is out the window, the wind is blowing all over their head. When you blow on them, it's concentrated in one area. Plus, we might have bad breath.

I don't think anyone likes to be blown in the face by another peason. The reason why dogs don't is because your berath is warm and it just feels better to your dog

it helps them to cool down, but if you breathe in their face its not exactly fresh air and they probably find it annoying
