It all depends on what your doing. If you are going to engage a target outside of 50 meters, they are both weak. For CQM, there isnt a lot of difference; except that the C90 holds more rounds, and cycles a bit faster. But the C90's innaccuracy at medium/long range is worse than the MP5.

Your best bet is a 5.56mm (.223). The round is severely underrated. The U.S. military does not puchase the best rifles, but the M249 SAW is a nice setup. With the CQM setup, a lot of the weight is gone and it cycles faster than any of its counterparts. And targets can be effectively engaged from 1 to 500 meters.

What it really boils down to is: The weapon doesnt make the person, the person makes the weapon. Getting comfortable, and experienced is the key. I can accurately engage targets at 200 meters with my MP5, but that doesnt mean that I would want to rely on it.

mp5n it carries more bullets the bullets are bigger and it can fire faster.
