Wake her up with a back rub, go out of your way to give her a really big hug and tell her you hope she has a great day and you love her (if you do), tell her she looks beautiful (but do not patronize) leave a little note in her car.....It depends on the girl, you can do all or none of those. To be honest, any little pleasent, out of the ordinary, suprise (no matter how big or small) whether it is just slowing down for five minutes and actually taking time to talk before you head out the door, or placing a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table.....most women will notice any certain change, and likely atleast feel appreciated, thought of, and/ or special.
