Right am I being cruel by making my boyfriend wait 6 months before we had sex and only giving it out occasionally say once a fortnight lol. Really enjoy sex but I think I earn more respect this way. As in making sure thats not all he wants off me. Am I right or wrong???

well in the eyes of each peson, you can be right or you can be wrong. it can also be based on culture and what country you are in. if you are in a liberated country they might find you weird and unusual since even on the 1st date they would already make out in bed well most of them.but in a conservative country you can be right. but if we are talking abour RESPECT here, you have EARNED it. there is nothing wrong having your boyfriend wait for 6 months to have sex. by this way you will know how much your boyfriend loves you and you know if he respects you or not, or hes just after to pop your cherry or what not. so you are totally fine and im proud of you.

Not really cruel you really should not have sex till you think it is right but respect is not earned by holding back once you have already done the deed. He may be OK with it or he bumping and grinding with someone else on the side :P

You yourself know that it was cruel!! You also admit that now you make yourself available, say, once in a fortnight!!! Do not pretend to be "unavailable" for long. Then he may seek alternatives. You know him and he knows you, resolve the issue by discussing openly. There is nothing worng or right about this!!!

You should do it when you are ready but if you are putting conditions on how and when you should be doing it you need to ask yourself if you really like that person in the first place. It should be when it feels right, not because there's a full moon on a Wednesday and every other street light is out and they're showing a rerun of your favorite show.

What exactly is a fortnight and if you love it so, why would you want to wait? If he puts up with it, great, but don't get mad when he shows up with some skank scent on him. If you don't do it, and he wants it, he'll find it somewhere

You've already given him sex so why make him wait? I think that is just crazy. It's like giving someone a bite of a candy bar then taking it away......... girl he is going to get tired of that and get his almond "joy" else where!

If you've already slept with him once then your just hurting your relationship by play games like that. Just to hold out for respect ?why would you let him still be your B-F if he didn't respect you.

I bet when the neanderthal kids would make a snowman, someone would always end up saying, "Don't forget the thick, heavy brows." Then they would all get embarrassed because they remembered they had the big hunky brows too, and they'd get mad and eat the snowman.

Wrong! In between those "6 months" he's getting "kitty" elsewhere!
