past one month i had sex almost daily.average goes more then one per day.am i sex addicted?.my friend said i should consult the docter about this.am i lost my mental control? how can i back to narmal.how can i control myself?.plz make ur replys desently.plz dont hurt my heart.plz

If it is with the same person, although I am not an advocate of premarital sex....I'd say you are pretty normal..it is not unusual for some people to want to do it up to three times a day...it is just the individual's personal drive..some people would be happy once a week..it is just up to the individuals involved.

When two people first begin a sexual relationship, they have sex LOTS. This is typical, and very normal. But this phase of a relationship only lasts about six months, so enjoy it while it lasts. A year from now, if you're still together, you'll be doing it once a week if you're lucky.

Are you having sex with a loving partner or just bangin whomever is willing? If you are having that much sex with a lot of different people, you really have a problem.

set up a way to reward yourself for not having sex. say, "if i go two days without sex, i can go out for ice cream" or "if i go a week without sex i can buy a new outfit." then set up punishments for giving into your addiction, like, "if i have sex when i said i wouldn't, i have to do 300 sit-ups" or "ifi have sex when i said i wouldn't, i cannot go out with my friends for a week."
