It should just happen. Look deep into her eye's and move in for the kiss, she'll either back off or move in also. you'll know when you look into her eye's, you'll get that feeling that she's into it or she not ready. Good Luck!

I guess to ask it from girl, sounds very rude and unnatural. Just try it, if she is ready for that, then JUST DO IT.
But you know what sometimes , it's OK to ask her, it's just up to you and ur gf
