That salads dressing spray...only 1 calorie per spray...its been on commercials. So...use that...the other stuff in a bottle and not a spray....thats fattening.

You know when you go to the store and look at all the different bottles of dressing? It's usually a good bet that the one with the smallest number next to the word "calories" has the least amount of calories.

Anything to your liking. But your on the right track, Use light salad dressings over fat free kinds, because you ll use more on your salads thinking that you can eat more just because it says fat free. The light salad dressing are better and you want use as much. And read the label on the back of the bottle.

I always use a mix of fresh garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon juice,
Italian seasoning, oregano and salt and pepper.

It's great.

Also, sprinkle some 'McCormick Salad Seasoning' on the
salad.

Enjoy

I generally use the Krafy light brands or the Kraft FREE those work best and have less calorie and fat. So check them out.

Use a good quality vinegar (balsamic, red wine, etc.) and a few dashes of extra virgin olive oil. You can add chopped herbs or garlic as well. Yum yum.

Try sticking to vinaigrettes and use them lightly. You avoid many of the bad fats in regular dressings and the sugar in light dressings.

I LOVE freshly squeezed lemon juice, lime juice, or orange juice...with salt and pepper. If that's not enough kick for ya, drizzle a little olive oil on there too.
