Does she have computer access there? If so, send her email greeting cards every day.
You can also ask her what you can do around the house to have it prepared for her when she gets home and fulfill her requests. You might go shopping for diapers and other baby supplies so that you are well-stocked when she returns with the child.
Tell her everyday how special she is, how appreciated she is and how much you love her and miss her.
If you can afford it, see if you can send her some flowers while she is gone.
There is not much more you can do except show your love and support each and every day.

call her at least once a week if that won't be too much for your pocket! e-mail her everytime you have the chance... the time! chat with her at the same time! and if it won't cost you that much, give her a surprise visit! or if she's coming over to where you are, have a surprise party for her! make it simple, yet memorable! don't change the nice things that she had loved from you... instead, add some more excitement! always be ready with somewhat out of this world surprises! LOVE IS NOT JUST A WORD! SHOW IT IN ACTION! though she's already your wife, treat her as if she's still the woman you are courting! sometimes, do the things you've been doing for her when she was your girlfriend! always be responsible, thoughtful and loving! she may not say it verbally but you'll feel and see through her face how thankful she is for having such a wonderful, rare guy like you!

You want to MAKE her feel that is she is the luckiest wife? You can't force someone to feel, although since you are in Dubai, you may think that you can.
If you want to show her that you love her, and that you are the luckiest husband, you can certainly do that in many ways. The easiest would be to call her and tell her on the phone.

If i was you i would get my suitcase packed and get to her and your child. You should be with her when she gives birth to the life the two of you created out of love. not being there says you dont really care. Unless there is some wierd thing keeping you away that i as an american know nothing about if that is the case send her letters and call her everyday and just keep telling her how much you love and miss her and wish you could be there with her and you cant wait to have her back home with you.

send her a baby doll n tell her tht this doll signifies tht u look cute as ever and not to worry abt what she goes thru during her labour pains.also send her a cute little toy of a mother holding her baby n tell her tht u r waiting for both of them n tht the baby would be the most precious gift she has given u in his life.when she comes back to dubai, decorate your house with cute little baby things everywhere which makes her feel tht how concerned u r for the kid because a wife wud always want her husband to be wid her while raising a kid.

If there is any way that you can be with her, then do it. If not, then keep in contact with her. Email is great but it's too impersonal. Take the time to handwrite notes and letters. This will make her feel special and loved. She will be able to read them over and over and keep them if she wanted to. This is a little cheesy but it works. Spray a little bit of your cologne on the letters. It's a nice personal touch that will make her think of you when she smells it.

Order a smashing floral arrangement and have it sent to her, and make sure you spend some time on writing the attached card as well. Oh if it's an option, send a gift along as well.

SEND HER FLOWERS WHERE SHE IS NOW AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE DELIVERED WHEN SHE HAS OTHER PEOPLE AROUND. SHE WILL BE SO PROUD. ALSO, LET HER RETURN HOME TO A SURPRISE- SOMETHING YOU DO FOR HER AROUND THE HOUSE- A REPAIR, A NEW PIECE OF FURNITURE. PERHAPS EVEN A SMALL WELCOME HOME PARTY WILL MAKE HER FEEL LIKE A CELEBRITY TO YOU WHEN SHE WALKS IN THE DOOR. JUST REMEMBER, ABSENCE MAKES THE HEART GROW FONDER- SO DON'T BUG HER WHILE SHE IS AWAY. GIVE HER A LITTLE SPACE. GOOD LUCK! :-)

How about preparing a nice hot meal for when she comes back, and picking her up at the airport? (Just don't forget to turn off the stove when you leave the house : - P) Oh, and she'd be extra happy if you clean the house too.

support her in giving human milk (nursing) to your child for several years, support the family so your child never suffers separation from mommy, do chores, tell her - women like to hear it - as long as your actions match your words.
Be the best father you can - that makes many a wife feel very lucky.
