it depends on the situation, if my man is some one that i really like and he doesn't bother with women being aggressive. definitely i initiate to have sex and fun with him
but if he kind of guy that i don't really like and he also hate aggressive women, so i just wait for his move
but i really like that both of them, me and my partner have any initiate. man, it's tough just waiting for his move
just have fun and play safe

For me, there is something about a man initiating that makes him more manly. It feels odd when I initiate - like there is some kind of role reversal. I dunno.
