I have open office org , the free version. I have created a document with pics. The pics are from the internet (if that matters) I tried to e-mail it but anyone with out openoffice.org (surprise) could not open it. What can I convert it to so that I can open it, they can open it, and the pics will stay.
Same document, how do I get it from a document to post it on my website (myspace)...is there also a special conversion for this?

Will the pics convert also? All I got was text. When I tried it in different formats...?

You are probably saving the file in OpenOffice format, which means anyone without OpenOffice will not be able to open it. Save the file again, but this time save it as another format (Word, etc). If you save the file as Word, it will save it as a .doc format and anyone with Word can open it.
