If premarital sex is bad because of the problems it can cause, such as STD's, then why did god create std's? And, if god created std's to punish people who have impure sex, then why was sex wrong in the first place?

so god doesn't want you to have sex, if you aren't creating a baby? that's dumb, why wouldn't he want us to have pleasure?

"God" didn't create sexually transmitted diseases or any disease. "Germs" are organisms which operate under similar natural laws as all organisms, including humans.

VD -- is for everybody
Not just for the few
Anyone can share VD
With someone nice as you
VD -- is for everybody
Darlin' have no doubt
That anyone can get VD
That's what it's all about

im confused....honestly confused. ok ill take a shot at this one. Premarital sex can cause problems cuz well ur not married, some ppl lose their virginity to the wrong person...get pregnant, have a baby and now the dad doesn't want to take responsibilty for his kid. Or there are other ways too. It can also cause problems of getting a divorce in the future to that person or someone else. Unless u found a guy who doesn't care if his girl isn't a virgin but he still loves her...which is pretty rare. Alot of guys care. God created std's cuz if person to person to another person have sex and share fluids and spermicides...u can get std's. Sex isn't wrong, its just that u have to choose it with the right person, not the wrong. Alot of us dunno how std's started but it sure in the hell didn't start cuz some person had sex with some monkey and then had sex with a human being. Thats a myth, so don't believe that one. So yeah im a bit confused...but u get tho...if u think about it.

It's not so much that premarital is bad, it's the screw-this-one-jump-to-the-next attitude. If you truly love your partner, and I mean the real thing not the "But I LOOOVE Him!", then I think God will overlook the unmarried part. God is love, right? Then He'll certainly understand. And certainly sex was made to be pleasurable. That was on purpose. If that was just a side effect, and God meant for us to have sex only to reproduce, then He would have made it so that we get pregnant every time we have sex.

And I don't think God created STD's to punish premarital sex. That's like saying God created parasites in beef because you can have a hamburger.

Premarital sex is wrong for many more reasons than STD's. However, if we assume that God created STD's as a punishment for premarital sex (marriage does not cure an STD, by the way), then what is the problem? God says "don't do this, and this is the punishment for doing this."

Oh, and sex is not wrong. Sex is glorious! Sex is incredible! However, it is reserved for marriage. It is a wonderful bonding between a husband and wife.

Simple: God has a plan.
Plan 1. Have knowledge available but withhold it from man. Stay wood Pinocchio! That is, until the serpent comes along and tempts man to be well informed, educated, thoughtful, rational, etc. This was a sin. Stupidity is good.
Plan 2. Make body parts that, when stimulated, obtain great pleasure then make it a sin to engage in that behavior.
Plan 3. Create a religion that is so bizarre that it requires faith (gross superstition) in order to be a follower and to give up ones reason, logic and empirical observations. Again, stupidity is good.
Plan 4. Create a religious hierarchy that supports the political/social oligarchy and is supported by them in order to CONSERVE money, power and sex for the religious, political, economic oligarchs.
Plan 5. Attempt to ban secular schools, stifle education except for religious schools (as in Taliban and Christian) which include classes on terrorizing the young with images of eternal pain and a simple fix: Believe the oligarchs and everything will be OK.
Plan 6. Hay, what are you doing in my house. Let go of me, Where are you taking me.

If God created all creatures and humans in the beginning, then that means he created all STD's at that time too. Which means that Adam and Eve must have been infected with every STD (and every other human disease) that ever existed, otherwise those diseases would have gone extinct. Which means Adam and Eve should have died pretty much instantly.

Here's the thing, sex wasn't wrong in the first place, and it's still not wrong today so long as nobody gets hurt.

STD's are a natural consequence and risk of sex. Premarital sex is bad not just because the Bible says so, but for the spirit--if people think that they can just lust after anyone they want and just have sex with whoever they want, then they can become obsessed with it and worship sex, and not God. Plus, STD's can occur inside of wedlock as well...let's say a man and woman are married, and the man goes to get a tattoo of his wife's name, and the needles were not cleaned well enough, and were used on someone who has HIV. Then he gets HIV, and through having sex with his own wife, could pass it on to her. Totally hypothetical situation. I hope that helps!

God in his wisdom made sex to feel good for us because we wouldn't do it if it didn't. the iidea of us contracting diseases isn't a gift from God it is something again created by man. the I dea of not having pre-martial sex is to protect the unborn child from being denied. the rule also protects women from disgrace. have you watched Maury Povitch? well i think situations like these should explain why god said it is Best t to marry than to sin. come on now it may seem old fashioned but if we stayed in tune with the laws of the Creator we probably wouldn't encounter most of the problems of today. the children would have both parents around and how great would that be.

OK tell me one thing. Is premarital sex satisfied you fully? If yes, then you don't need to ask for all these questions. And if no, so still why are you asking this question, because you already know how harmful it is emotionally. Sex is just a pleasure and process of reproduction. God made it because he want that his world is going on. So don't be so confused and sex is not a harmful thing, use all precautions before going for it.
My blessings are always with you.

There are rules involved with having sex just like everything else in life. You need to be married to have sex. And as far as the rest std's are a curse to the people just like biblical plagues. In a marital relation sex is to be enjoyed and practiced often.
