Why would milk be bad for you? I like tea both way's but if I had to choose I would have it with milk.

Just pick which one you like the best! Or switch it up like I do :)

i read a recent study on ill effects that coffee and tea can have, on the stomach in particular.... due to a certain enzyme they have ... and the study said that if one or the other (milk, sugar), or both are added to the drink,,, this nuetralizes the enzyme that attacks the stomach lining.

i say add the milk/cream.... if even a small amount.
