Neutering both dogs will reduce the testosterone, and we do recommend that you neuter your remaining dog.
But keep in mind that some dogs just cannot tolerate other dogs in their "space" or become overly possessive of their toys, food and humans (this is called "resource guarding"). The only way to stop the fighting between such animals is to permanently separate them.
Another factor may be a lack of clear "dominance" in your household "pack". Dogs respond to a hierarchy (or "pecking order") and are less apt to fight and more apt to feel secure if there is a clear "leader" or "alpha" around. In your home YOU are the "alpha" dog... so if the dogs need a strong alpha, and are fighting amongst themselves, it may indicate that you are not as "strong" as you need to be. If they get nonexistent or inconsistent leadership from you, they'll start battling between themselves to find a "superior" dog.
We suggest that you take quiet, firm and consistent command of your pack... and if that doesn't work, seek the advice of a trainer who can come to your home and figure out what other underlying issues may be affecting your dogs' behavior.

dogs fight. they have to have a pecking order set or they will just keep doing it. don't let them kill each other, but let them fight. one will either get the other pinned, and then you break them up or he will let the other dog up. either way they have to know which is the dominant of the two, and they will probably still wrestle after that but it won't be as serious.

get both spayed, and get a bottle with stones in it and when they start shake the botle once as hard as you can and tell them NO and remove the one who started it. then bring them togher and keep doing this untill they stop. and never leave them alown togher.
