I am 27 years old and my weight is only 56 kg. I want to put on some weight. my friends suggest me to drink bear everyday. I tried but no use. Please give me some usefull tips

have lots of banana shake.......it really helps u put on weight.........chew nuts...heavy nuts like almonds n cashew nuts........practice some yoga.........specially breathing exercises.they help u in the long run.........n finally stop worrying........if u take too much tensions then that is really bad for ur health.........just luv urself the way u are.........

May be the suggestion of having a lot of beer is the most stupidest of suggestions. Losing or gaining weight is very relative. Has varying effects acorss the cross section of people. The bosy metabolism has a lot to do with it. Some people hardly eat and drink but they still put on a lot of weight. Where as some eat like pigs but still they remain slim and trim. Gaining or losing has to be a very controlled process guided by a controlled diet. By diet I'm not hinting towards not eating. Controlled diet is eating at the right time and eating the right kind of food. Dietary habits have a lot to do with gaining or losing weight. Don't really believe any form of drugs or supplements for weight gain.

Eating healthy and knowing what you eat is what a good diet is all about. Plenty of protein and exercise to build muscle mass. Its not the weight (or fat...that you get from beer) that you want. You want a nice toned body, and that means workout. Go on line, many of the diet websites allow you to put in your weight and what you want to be. Follow their menus, workout and in no time you will have a beautiful tones body.
Unfortunately, it is much easier to loose weight then it is to gain it. Good luck, you are going to need it. Remember, tone that body.

do not worry about your weight in terms og age whats your height

is yr ht/wt ratio is normal then its no problem. drinking beer will not increase yr wt but give you a bloated belly which would appear to the outside world as signs of prosperity but to yr own self it would be the beginining of all yr misery.

be satisfied with yr weight as of today insteadof repenting later.

a healthy way is to get protein shakes and work out. Or unhealthy way is to eat a lot of junk food, and drink soda. Eat fat of meat, grisel too. Eat things with high carbs and sugar. That's how I got fat.

diet, seriously. A diet does not necessarily mean you will lose weight, but it means you will control what you eat and when you eat it. You can put on weight by dieting also. On what you have to eat you should go to a dietician, everybody is different.

eat rice at least twice a day. drink milk in the morning with bread and hot cocoa before bedtime.

Eat loads of cheese items butter paneer ghees etc..... this will automatically put on weight on u. do it regularly.
